About Andrew

I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years, involved in designing and delivering fitness classes, personal training, and elite sports development. I am currently based in Dubai. I have enjoyed participating in a wide variety of sporting disciplines over the years. I have played professional football in Europe and the Middle East, and then went on to co-own a sports centre in the Middle East. During this time I was fortunate enough to work with a number of high profile sportsmen; including Kevin Keegan, Patrick Kluivert, and Hamad Amallah. More recently I participated in the Dubai Desert Classic Pro Am; playing alongside Richard Stern from South Africa . I am passionate about health and fitness and love being able to help people achieve their goals. I understand how difficult it can be for people to achieve their goals. With regular exercise you can improve both your mind and body. Good nutrition and exercise leaves you far better equipped to lead a fitter, fuller, happier and maybe even longer life. Professional Competence: I trained as an exercise professional with the highly regarded CYQ Diploma in Personal Training. I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals

About Personal Trainer

Personal trainers are expert body transformation specialist. They study and master the art of using exercises, supportive eating and recovery to bring about positive physical change in a fun, effective, safe and efficient way. They do that keeping the individuals goals, abilities and lifestyle into consideration.

Can someone get fit by themselves? Of course, but they are much more likely to get there more slowly, run a high risk of quitting and may even get injured. Those who exercise with a personal trainer see quicker and more dramatic results. Personal trainers provide motivation, support and they keep each workout, interesting and progressive.
