About Samer Bou Kaedbey

It all started 5 years ago, when I was diagnosed with a severe lower back pain that impeded me from performing very simple physical activities in life. And while it was all overwhelming, this is how I became committed to fitness and how I altered my entire lifestyle to become the best version of myself. All my hard work stemmed from the belief that the only remedy to a physical pain is by addressing the pain itself and not being scared about it. So, I exercised to improve body structure, muscle mass, and my core. I exercised. I exercised! The thing is, further to these years of sweat and pain, I became a certified personal trainer and a fitness instructor. And this journey let me to develop an intense passion for sharing this knowledge and healthy life habits with others who lack that culture and/or any direct access to it. 

My coaching specializes in strength and conditioning and targets people who are aiming to have a fit, lean and strong body at the same time.

About Personal Trainer

Personal trainers are expert body transformation specialist. They study and master the art of using exercises, supportive eating and recovery to bring about positive physical change in a fun, effective, safe and efficient way. They do that keeping the individuals goals, abilities and lifestyle into consideration.

Can someone get fit by themselves? Of course, but they are much more likely to get there more slowly, run a high risk of quitting and may even get injured. Those who exercise with a personal trainer see quicker and more dramatic results. Personal trainers provide motivation, support and they keep each workout, interesting and progressive.
