About Heart Of Dance

Heart of Dance is a professional dance studio located in Downtown Dubai. Our experienced instructors have complementary skill sets and specialties, and our dance classes in Dubai cater to all experience levels, ages, and interests. We believe in quality of instruction and attention to detail, and above all we hope to share with our students the feelings of joy and accomplishment that can come from learning how to dance. Our goal is to be the top dance school in Dubai for competitive and social dancers alike.

We provide instruction in all forms of ballroom dancing, including International Standard, American Smooth dances, Latin American, and salsa and social dances.

About Dance


Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun.

  • It's good for your heart, it makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination.
  • A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging.
  • Your teacher can lead you through a series of choreographed steps. The focus might be on the footwork, but the series of leaps, turns, shimmies, and cha-chas engage the entire body.
  • Dance-inspired workouts range from ballroom and ballet to hip-hop and club dance classes, you’ll never be bored!
