About Kelsi Joy Gardiner, Yoga

Kelsi is a RYT-500 multi-style yoga instructor. She believes that yoga is a gift to each individual, exactly where they are at. Everyone can practice yoga and gain its benefits through the various styles.

Kelsi has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and teaching for more than 4 years.

She began her yoga practice after completing her collegiate athletic career and two knee operations. Yoga helped her maintain joint help and keep a fitness regime, which soon developed into a lifestyle. Kelsi went to Rishikesh, India for her first teacher training. She appreciated the authentic yoga experience and training that she received and has gone back to India for her advanced TTC and prenatal yoga Teacher Training. Due to her training it is her desire that her students will be able to experience the authentic yoga practice through Asana, mantra and meditation practice in each of her classes.
