About Amanda Warlo

Dubai ‘at home’ personal trainer Amanda has a wide and varied background in health and fitness and has recently also added Hatha Yoga training in Dubai to her list of qualifications. She holds a bachelors degree in physiotherapy from Copenhagen, Denmark . Her personal training qualifications include training for weight loss, improved body composition (fat loss/muscle gain), cardiovascular improvement, strength gain, rehabilitation, sports specific/ prehab and nutrition. She has competed several times in Bikini Fitness in the IFBB and has experience with long distance running, Olympic weightlifting, power lifting and general strength training. Being a mobile female personal trainer in Dubai allows Amanda to provide your personal training  at a location and time to suit you.
