About Deepa Hegde

Hi, I am a REPS UAE accredited, certified Yoga Instructor from the reputed and longstanding Sivananda yogic tradition founded in the Himalayas. I am a resident of Dubai and have been an avid yoga practitioner since year 2013. My teaching style includes Sivananda Yoga, Traditional Hatha Yoga and Hatha Flow.


I’ve been part of the corporate world, working in challenging and demanding positions, in sales recruitment and management. Almost a decade of such experience has inspired me to explore a balanced approach to life through consistent Yogic practices, teaching and study.


My corporate background enables me to fully understand the health issues that manifest due to work life imbalance and as a teacher I am constantly working towards alleviating these issues through Corporate Employee Welfare programs, Yoga/ Fitness Studios and working with private clients who deal with problems such as Diabtetes (Type 2), Insulin Resistence, PCOD, Knee & Back issues, Thyroid ailments and general stress & anxiety disorders.

Personal trainers are expert body transformation specialist. They study and master the art of using exercises, supportive eating and recovery to bring about positive physical change in a fun, effective, safe and efficient way. They do that keeping the individuals goals, abilities and lifestyle into consideration.
