About Sucheta Chadha, Yoga Instructor

Sucheta is a Dubai-bred resident, studied in the US , holds double degrees in Marketing & Human Resources. After making a highly conscious shift to helping people and especially children who are her passion, she completed her 200 hours Yoga Alliance certified teacher training.

Sucheta’s will to grow as a yoga teacher to provide more expertise to her students has led her to recently complete her 100 hours Yin Yoga YA Certification (May 2018) as well as completed Basic-level Pranic Healing Certification (June 2018). Sucheta facilitates group and private classes for adults and children.

Her multi-cultural background helps blend a yoga style customised to each individual or group which can range from Hatha, YIN, Vinyasa, Power, Restorative, Pre & Post Natal or extended focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Meditations. Sucheta has published yoga articles, as she is passionate about sharing her knowledge from the mat to everyone for their benefit—be it through her classes or her writing.
