About Vrinda Toshniwal Saraf

My deep sense of curiosity and passion for the human body and mind has led me down many paths. After completing M.A in Media and Communication Management ( London ), I embraced my life-long love of Kathak ( Indian classical dance form ), training and performing with guru Manjulika Sen and guru Jigyasa Giri. My interest in the arts ranges from the fine arts, to the commercial arts to the performing arts, and I'm also a certified Yoga instructor. Yoga, which initially began as something that complemented my devotion to dance, soon took over my life. I decided to further my understanding of Yoga by completing the teacher’s training program at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Madurai and mat pilates level 1 program. Passionate about yoga - I am always finding fun, creative ways to practice and share it with others.

They study and master the art of using exercises, supportive eating and recovery to bring about positive physical change in a fun, effective, safe and efficient way.
