About Age Reversal Yoga
Age Reversal Yoga emerged out of the need to break away from the current run-of-the-mill fitness scene. Lean bodies with sagging skin, muscles and haggard faces, we believe, are not “healthy”!
Being the first result-oriented yoga fitness company in the world, we promise results within a specified period of time depending on the individuals’ health issues. Our classes are a holistic mind-body fitness capsules, complete with weight training, cardio and stretching using innovative yoga postures. The compulsory Age Reversal posture in each class is meant to have a deep impact at the cellular level. Our signature Age Reversal sessions that happen once every month are designed to increase the circulation, hormonal efficiency and lymphatic drainage to halt the aging process. The resulting effects are meant to stay in your system for two weeks!
Each class is unique and is a wholesome wellness capsule. Our concept of two teachers, or Specialists as we call them, is to give the benefits of a one-to-one session, as well as, the energy of a group class. The classes are suitable for people from fitness level 0 to fitness level 10, and there are no chances of injury.
Regular practice of Age Reversal Yoga will show positive results in your overall appearance, energy levels & posture, and will help you age gracefully.

The word yoga comes from Sanskrit, an ancient Indian language. It is a derivation of the word yuj, which means yoking, as in a team of oxen. In contemporary practice, this is often interpreted as meaning union.
Traditionally there are different types of yoga: Anusura Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga. Several new versions have been promoted as yoga for weight loss and toning up like Power Yoga and Bikram Yoga. Each of the traditional variations of yoga has its own health benefits, all the while focusing on building your core, aiding weight loss, and connecting the mind with the body and spirit.
This is done through the performance of poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. The poses can be done quickly in succession, creating heat in the body through movement (vinyasa-style yoga) or more slowly to increase stamina and perfect the alignment of the pose. The poses are a constant, but the approach to them varies depending on the yoga tradition in which the teacher has trained.
