About Roshi Ross, Pilates Instructor

Roshi Ross Pilates training: She has over 15 years experience working with pre and postnatal clients. There In January 2000, with Stott Pilates and began her Pilates training, subsequently becoming self-employed and taking on her own clients around Montreal, a young entrepreneur, has always had a passion for beauty, Health, and fashion. 

Having excelled in her training with Stott Pilates, based in Toronto, she is now the only fully certified Instructor Trainer working in Dubai. DisQ training: She is the only Disq Trainer in Dubai. Not only that about a year ago she became certified DisQ trainer to offer more in services at her studio to make it fun and more challenging. Roshi will be teaching Pilates and the DisQ within One to Ones and Group Classes. Training at Studio:

We will teach you what each principle is about, why we apply them and most importantly how to apply them throughout your workouts.
