Throughout my years I have always had a wide exposure to sports like tennis, squash, waterskiing to name a few.

With over 15 years in the fitness industry in Dubai specializing in personal training and nutrition, my focus is to design individual workout and nutrition programs that target not only your fitness needs and goals but that also allow you to achieve your maximum potential.

I focus on blending health and fitness in everyday life and staying up to date with exercise and health trends. I like to incorporate diversity in my training and aim to build a good rapport with my clients which I think helps a lot with their results.

My training specialities include strength training, bodybuilding, fat loss, muscle gain, weight management, post rehab training and overall fitness and wellbeing.
