About Dina El, Yoga Instructor

I've always been drawn to a healthy lifestyle. Having had a passion for fitness since my early years,I went from being a ballet dancer to exploring different sports activities until I discovered the importance of body/mind connection through yoga in 2002. 


My teachings are oriented towards building the necessary therapeutic tools in the bodies enabling us to carry our daily activities, pain free.


My first teacher training was a 200hr course from Sivananda Ashram in India and have since studied with various senior global instructors such as Max Strom, Clara Roberts-Oss, Nico Luce, Peewee Sanchez and Julie Martin .


My efforts in raising awareness about living a healthy lifestyle continue with my Yoga classes across various studios in Dubai and online.

About Personal Trainer

Personal trainers are expert body transformation specialist. They study and master the art of using exercises, supportive eating and recovery to bring about positive physical change in a fun, effective, safe and efficient way. They do that keeping the individuals goals, abilities and lifestyle into consideration.
