About Anzhelika Zuparova

I have a masters degree in ballet. I am also an Professional belly dancer since 1992. And i do my best to make sessions interactive and try to keep my members happy and healthy.

About Dance

  • A 30-minute dance class burns between 130 and 250 calories, about the same as jogging.
  • Your teacher can lead you through a series of choreographed steps. The focus might be on the footwork, but the series of leaps, turns, shimmies, and cha-chas engage the entire body.
