Karl Jack, Lead trainer at Small Group Fitness

Qualified and experienced for over 8years Karl offers one to one personal training as well as group sessions. Coming from a sports background (athletics , rugby and boxing) he likes to include some of these methods learnt within his sessions so ‘watch out’. If you want great fun with great results then Karl’s your man!
