About us

I first began training in the summer of 1987 and although I was lucky enough to have good coaches to guide me, I still made mistakes.
It become very clear that reaching my training objectives, needed knowledge and proper goal setting.
This pushed me into obtaining the right education, thus I am certified Personal Trainer / Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Nutrition Specialist by ISSA, NSCA, ACSM and IFPA.
With 16 years experience I Know i can meet my clients expectations, helping them reach their goals with all the right motivation and skills necessary.
