Wellness Retreats and Workshops:

At A Life of Energy we hosts a wide range of wellness getaways both in our home base of the United Arab Emirates and across the world. Our Retreats are a holistic way to relax, restore and rejuvenate. They include a plethora of wellness activities like yoga, pilates, healthy living lectures and specialty workshops which focus on nutrition, and transformation. Our retreats aim to inspire ‘ healthy living’ into the lives of our participants.

Pilates Moves and A Life of Energy have teamed up to bring the most comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program to Dubai. If you are interested in Pilates and want to start a new career then this is the Instructor Training program for you.

Our Mat programs take you through beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises allowing new teacher to choreograph group classes for a wide range of students. New Teachers will learn how to introduce their students to Mat repertoire in group classes, semi privates and private pilates classes in gyms or studios.

Our Reformer and Jumpboard courses take you through beginner, intermediate and advanced exercises allowing new teacher to choreograph group classes for a wide range of students. New Teachers will learn how to introduce their students to Reformer exercises which build strength and flexibility as well as add cardio elements with the Jumpboard.

At A Life of Energy we practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

The ALOE approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Pilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates was formed by Joe during the First World War with the intention to improve the rehabilitation programme for casualties. During this period, Pilates was designed to aid injured soldiers in regaining their health by strengthening, stretching, and stabilising key muscles. Joseph used to say: ‘When I am dead, they’ll say “He was right”. I’m fifty years ahead of my time’. And he was!
